Passion and Purpose

Never before in the Retail Industry as the pace of change been as dramatic as it is today.  For a Brand to win, it must have passion and purpose along with great vision, talent and the ability to execute.


I have had the good fortune of spending much of my 15-year career working for dynamic Brands like Michael Kors, Bonobos, and Outdoor Voices.   Operating within those businesses and others has allowed me to developed expertise across ECommerce, Retail and Wholesale channels.


I have a particular strength Planning and Merchandising and the unique nature in which inventory investments within the Digitally Native Vertical Brand are optimized for growth and scale.


While my experience differentiates the value I bring from my peers, it is not nearly enough to delivery on the alchemy of success.  Moreover, I rely strongly on my passion for helping disruptive brands grow and my purpose of developing strong and talented organizations with a focus on core values and operating principles to foster great development, strong culture, and measurable results
